tsitashome.gr gives you the possibility to return the product within (14) calendar days from its receipt. Please note that we will not accept any changes/returns if you do not contact us first. In order to replace the product, the following must apply.
1) In case you received the wrong product, e.g. (wrong number or wrong code), you should contact the Tsitas store within 2 (two) days from the day of receipt, by phone 2382101872 (store hours) or by sending an e-mail to info@tsitashome.gr So that we can change the product with the correct product of your order. The costs of its return and shipping are borne by morfieshop.gr. The condition is that the return must be made with the cooperating courier company (GENIKI TAHYDROMIKI). Otherwise, you bear the shipping costs.
2) In case you changed your mind about your purchase, you have the possibility within (14) calendar days to change it. First you should contact us by phone 2382101872 (store hours) or by sending an e-mail to info@tsitashome.gr. A necessary condition for the return of the product is. The product must be in its original condition, not used, not soiled, not washed, not ironed, not scratched, not torn, not smelling like perfume, cigarette, sweat, etc. , its label or any indicia accompanying it has not been removed and you must accompany the purchase receipt or invoice. ATTENTION when receiving the product from us if it is determined that the above conditions were not met, no replacement will be made and the product will be returned to you with a charge that will be borne by you.
4) If you receive a defective product, you must notify the CHITAS store on the day of receipt or the next day at the latest. Updates of defective products after this period of time will NOT be accepted.
5) The return of several products should be done in one phase. Not departmentally.
6) Products that are on sale or in discount packages are NOT returnable.
7) The returns of the products, except those for which tsitashome.gr is at fault, see paragraph (1), are financially burdened by the customer. The customer has the sole responsibility of sending the product to the correct address at the Tsitas store. As CHITAS as the recipient is unable to search for the package.

9) The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of any product within (14) calendar days of receipt of delivery of the product. Refunds are made only for the value of the products you have purchased. Shipping costs paid by you are not included. In the event that tsitashome.gr incurred the shipping costs for the purchase of your products, they will be deducted from the amount to be returned to you. Refunds from tsitashome.gr are made within (14) calendar days of receipt of the products at the TSITAS store and after they meet the conditions mentioned in paragraph (2). The deposit of the money is made from an account of tsitashome.gr through the bank ALPHABANK. There may be deductions from your bank and a possible delay if your account is with another bank. tsitashome.gr is not obliged to cover the costs charged by the financial organization with which the customer cooperates, when receiving the amount that is returned.
